Beyond coursework, I stay active in promoting engineering, technology, and hands-on learning through the IEEE Student Chapter and the Robotics Lab at Miami Dade College.
Active member and workshop lead for the IEEE student organization.
I help plan and run events, promote the club at campus activities like Club Rush and Spooky Night, and encourage new students to get involved with engineering and technology.
I help maintain and manage the MDC Robotics Lab, ensuring all equipment is operational and safe for students to use.
I also mentor new members as they learn fabrication, programming, and troubleshooting skills.
I work with both college and pre-college students to build interest in STEM.
This includes hosting demos, guiding tours, and mentoring middle school and high school students who show interest in engineering or robotics.
These engagements reflect my passion for applied engineering and community growth — building curiosity, skills, and confidence in the next generation of makers.
